Wish you could cook a favorite dish? Want to learn to prepare a new food? Think cooking as well as mom or grandma is unachievable?

If so, this class will show you the basics and more!

Certified Chef Teresa Martin (Art Institute of Atlanta, 2003), wants to take the fear out of cooking and educate you in healthy options.

​Chef Teresa has been cooking since she was 7 years old. As a young girl, she had the habit of changing clothes whenever she came indoors after playing outside with cousins and friends (as many as 4 times a day). Her mother, frustrated, finally said, "If you change clothes one more time you are staying in and helping me cook!"

And a passionate chef was born!

Her mother had a very successful catering business in her home town of Saginaw, Michigan. Now Chef Teresa has her own catering and personal chef business, Chef4u2day. She was blessed when her mother gifted her with her kitchen & catering supplies before she died.  "I always have her memories with me in the kitchen!" explains Chef Teresa.

This teacher/chef's ultimate culinary goal is to have a school bus she can convert into a traveling kitchen so that young and old can enjoy the health benefits of cooking their own food.
