Adding, Changing, and Dropping Classes

Adding available classes (once you've already applied & registered) is always free. Simply request an "Add Class Form" below.
​Dropping a class is only allowed 2 times yearly: pre-fall term, Jun 16-Jul 31; pre-spring term, Nov 15-Dec 15. Classes are designed as full year courses of study; therefore, the courtesy of allowing classes to be dropped mid-year is limited to a brief period of time.
 (Drop fees increase toward beginning of terms as courtesy to instructors who have prepared & planned for students, and because more administrative time & effort is needed to make changes.)
Pre-Fall Term Drop Fees:
For each "Drop Form" per student (up to 4 classes per form)
  • June 16-30: No charge
  • Jul 1-15: $10/class/student
  • Jul 16-31: $20/class/student
  • After July 31, classes may no longer be dropped; parents are obligated to pay tuition for entire fall term
Pre-Spring Term Drop Fees:
For each "Drop Form" per student (1 class per form)
  • Nov 15-30: No charge
  • Dec 1-10: $10/class/student
  • Dec 11-15: $40/class/student
  • After Dec. 15, classes may no longer be dropped; parents are obligated to pay tuition for entire spring term
