4 Steps to Enroll:

1. READ our Policies and Procedures. They have details you must read before you apply in order to confirm your understanding.
2. INTERVIEW with a program administrator (request interview via our contact form).
(Do NOT submit Add Class form in an attempt to apply or register. That form is for currently registered families.)
3. APPLY to our program (via *application link sent by program administrator) so we may review your information and class intentions.
4. **REGISTER officially for classes via a link emailed to you if your application is approved (response typically within 3-5 business days).

A. Financial Commitment

Overview of our Policies and Procedures:
A. Financial Commitment
- Non-Refundable Application Fee ($10/family) paid with *application link sent to you after interview.
- PLUS, Non-Refundable Registration Fees and Insurance Fees paid with **registration links sent to you 3-10 business days after your application is accepted. (Rates vary by campus & date registered.)
- PLUS, Non-Refundable Non-Transferable Supply Fees & Tuitions paid directly to instructors no less than monthly (tuition) and immediately upon request (supply fees). Late fees are charged.
B. Behavior

- Discipline Policy. Teachers agree to create an atmosphere of respect and discipline; students who don't cooperate are encouraged to change their behavior or asked to leave class.
- Probationary Status. Families returning to Summit Academy with past issues of tardiness, disruptive or disrespectful behavior, timely payments, and so forth, may be placed on probationary status or not allowed to return. Families new to Summit Academy who begin to violate any agreed upon policies may also be placed on probationary status or dismissed from the program.
- A complete Behavior & Discipline Policy is attached to Summit Academy Policies and Procedures.
- Before registering, parents must read and agree to Summit Academy Parent Assistant Expectations. After registration, parents are asked to submit a list of specific dates to assist at the Summit Academy site their child attends.
- Medical Release forms (available after 8/1) must be printed, signed and turned in by the first day classes begin.
- High school parents must review with students the High School Academic Standards (Schedule 2 on the Policies and Procedures).
